Founded in 2015, Beachcomber is a craft coffee company with two unique locations in Gibsons. They proudly support the community through various initiatives, and their organic/fair-trade beans are roasted in small batches in Vancouver. Their iconic lower Gibsons location is a true setting to sit back and soak up the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

BLACK BEAN CAFE

The Black Bean is a warm and welcoming environment and a regular “hang out” for many of the local residents. It is also a popular stop over for many of those who are travelling through Gibsons on their way up the coast or back to the mainland. Drop in for delicious muffins and baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, lunch, soups, and a variety of hot and cold espresso drinks. At the Gibsons Public Market, you’ll find Crazy Red’s Breads – serving freshly baked breads, pastries, and buns as well as delicious coffee, lattes, and a wide assortment of teas. Start your day with a beautiful stroll alongside the Gibsons Marina and surrounding neighbourhood before hitting the Market.

LONE WOLF PROVISIONS

Located in Upper Gibsons (as well as Sechelt), Lone Wolf Provisions has made a delicious mark on the Sunshine Coast. Made over three days, all of their breads are naturally fermented, using organic Canadian wheats. Their takeaway cafe in Gibsons offers not only their amazing breads, but also a curated selection of handmade pastries and coffee. They roast their coffee beans in house, to highlight the specific region, farm and processing method used.
